mmmmm monday!

giada's spaghetti with asparagus and prosciutto
2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
3/4 pound of spaghetti
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
6 ounces of smoked mozzarella cheese, sliced (1 cup)
6 ounces prosciutto thinly sliced crosswise
6 tablespoons of freshly cut basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste

mmmm....is right! i love everything giada makes and this is no exception! so easy, so fresh and so springy! my little ones even LOVE it! -e
