rainbow deliciousness!

these cupcakes were such a hit! i found a cake version on http://www.pinterest.com/ and decided to modify because my little lu loves cupcakes and we were celebrating her! to her...nothing is better than a cupcake and a sucker! and they were super cute! i just used our favorite pina colada cupcake recipe, divided the batter and used food coloring to change colors, then layered the batter in cupcake papers in muffin tin! voila! -e
